1. Introduction & Acceptance

2.2 One Person, One Account

2.3 Providing Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information will result in account cancellation and your balance may be forfeited.

tkgen may request identity verification from you at any time. If verification is not completed, deposits, withdrawals, or gaming access may be temporarily suspended. The verification process may require a national identity card or equivalent document.
3. Account Security & Responsibility
The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Please keep the following in mind:

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
tkgen currently accepts transactions via the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet), and Upay. Transactions through any other payment method are not currently accepted.
4.2 Minimum Amounts
- Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (applicable for all methods)

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
tkgen generally processes withdrawal requests within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may increase during identity verification or anti-fraud reviews.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions
The following conditions must be met before requesting a withdrawal:
- Identity verification must be completed.
- Deposited funds must have been used in betting at least once.
- Winnings related to a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
- Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
4.5 Transaction Cancellation
If tkgen suspects any irregularity, fraud, or violation of these terms in a transaction, it reserves the right to cancel or suspend the relevant transaction.
5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
tkgen offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x), applicable only on the bonus amount (not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- Each user may claim each bonus offer only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are only withdrawable after the wagering requirements have been met.
- After claiming a bonus, wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time limit.
- Separate terms apply for VIP rewards and weekly cashback.
- tkgen reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
5.4 VIP Program
tkgen has four VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback increases as you reach higher tiers — up to 0.4% at Bronze, 0.8% at Silver, 1.1% at Gold, and 1.5% at Platinum. There is no specific turnover threshold for VIP tiers; progress is determined based on your regular activity.
6. Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play
tkgen believes in fair play. All our games are operated by third-party providers and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair outcomes.
6.2 Technical Errors
In the event of any technical error related to software or hardware, the relevant game round or bet may be considered void. In such cases, the deposited amount will be refunded, but no winnings will be paid out.
6.3 Betting Limits
Each game has minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game lobby. Bets outside the set limits are not accepted and will be automatically rejected.
6.4 Sports Betting
Bets are accepted in the sports betting section on various sporting events. If there is any dispute about a match result, the official result of the relevant game will be considered final. No bets are advertised using specific team or player names.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkgen platform:
- Fraudulent Activity: Any form of cheating, software hacking, or system manipulation in betting or gaming.
- Money Laundering: Using the platform to legitimize illegal funds is strictly prohibited and punishable by law.
- Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits is prohibited.
- Bots & Automated Software: Using any automated tool or bot in betting or gaming is prohibited.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
- Account Transfer: Selling, transferring, or allowing another person to use your account.
- False Information: Providing forged documents or false information during registration or identity verification.
If any of the above violations are detected, the account will be immediately closed and all balances may be forfeited. Relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.
8. Account Suspension & Closure

tkgen reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- In the event of a violation of any clause of these terms.
- If fraudulent or suspicious activity is observed.
- In the event of failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
- If underage status is established.
- In the case of self-exclusion at the user's own request (under the responsible gaming policy).
8.2 Closure at User's Request
You may contact our support team at any time to request the closure of your account. The withdrawable portion of your balance will be returned before the account is closed (excluding any bonus-related amounts).
